It was rather alarming on how many companies I found that were talking a great product talk and compensation plan, but their profit center was not really their products or services at all.
It was their marketing material.
Here's another great lie sponsors love to tell their downline....It's Just A numbers game. This technique could possibly work if you were trying to make a living in vegas gambling.
But, when it comes to MLM or network marketing, it is a business killer.
As you are building your business it is very important to remember that, people are people , and they should never be treated like a number. These people also have goals, dreams and desires they want to to see come true in their lives.
They are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandmothers, and grandfather's to other people and families who love and cherish them. They are not simply dollar signs, but real people with feelings and concerns.
Once you start treating people like numbers and dollar signs, your future in this Industry is gone.

No big bridges spanning across large bodies of water or successful space missions or successful network marketing empire were ever built by just one person. It takes an army of people from all walks of life coming together, for one common goal to see these things come to life. Everyone working together to achieve the end result.
The most important thing to remember is a lot of people need to work together. So, the key is to align yourself with a company that offers great products or services, then focus all of your time and energy on helping others achieve their financial goals. THAT is where the success comes from.

Starting an online business can be frustrating and sometimes confusing

Most people I talk to who have tried to start a online business were lied to. They were simply “leveraged” for personal profits from these heavy-hitters.
Basically what normally happens is that these Heavy Hitters simply used you for easy profits. You were not given the right training, experienced poor direction and no support...you were unprepared for what it takes to really have success with your own online business.

It can get worse, maybe your checking account was drained or your credit cards were maxed out. Your loved ones and friends avoided you like the plague. You trusted these heavy-hitters, in hopes of starting a successful online business.
Then when all the excitement and dust settled, you looked at yourself in the mirror and called yourself a big loser.
You were simply trying to make a change in your life, because you want the same things many others wanted....including myself.
· Maybe you wanted to be your own boss!
· Maybe you wanted to earn a good living working from home online!

The Golden Rule still lives
What is Collective Recruiting?
First, as most anyone can guess purely from the name, it consists of everybody devoting their traffic exchange credits (and hence, directing page viehttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifws) to the same page. Why is this? It is because by doing so, the page being viewed receives multiple thousands of page view around the world, hour upon hour, 24 hours/7days/365days a year. With as few as one hundred people (each generating 600 page view per day) the page being shown can reach 60,000 hits every day of the year. In just one month, at this rate, almost 2 million page views are generated. Now that’s what I call “mass mlm success marketing” and I am sure you would agree.
The original idea in all Collective Recruiting Teams was to “form a line” and send all of the hits from this massive advertising to the person at the head of the line until they received 6 sign ups in their first level. Obviously, with the introduction of the Randomizer, even the newest member can receive sign ups from this massive global marketing platform. Other innovations like multiple “lines” called Rotators make it quicker to reach the front of the line even if http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifyou never received a Randomizer sign up.
But the real key to this mlm success marketing method is not the massive nature of it. In fact there are several keys.
One key lies in leveling the playing field so that everyone, newbie and old pro, receives the help of everybody else to build their down line. Not everyone is a great recruiter, and even if YOU are one of those fortunate enough to be good at recruiting, what if those you recruit are not able to do so? And there is the next key, did you notice? By having your down line follow you into the Collective Recruiting model of recruiting, you (and everybody else) also generate sign ups for your down line. And that is the only way to assure that you definitely receive a vital, growing down line. Let me illustrate.
Even if I am able to sign up one person a day to my first level (and this is what the gurus in most other marketing methods would love to see you do), how many of those people can you email, chat with, help, encourage, train, etc, etc? In the first place, to do it right you need to be working with no more than 6 at a time, not a hundred or a thousand. Can you see the problems created by “building wide” and filling your first level like everyone else is asking you to do? The first thing that will happen is that your drop out rate will quickly catch up to your sign up rate and then at some point it will be all you can do just to retain the same amount in your down line. Do you think you can retire with a residual income doing things that way? Obviously not!
But now, lets get back to one sign up per day. Even if I could get that many and even if I could keep every one of them, how long would it take me to build a down line of 8000? Go ahead. Divide 365 into 8000. Did you do it? Did you come up with essentially 22 years? Then you figured right. 22 years? There’s got to be a better way. And remember, we were assuming that you could get one sign up a day and that you could keep every one of them.
The whole reason for my creating the Collective Recruiting System is so that everyone could have a “workable” system that anyone and everyone could do. Do you want to hear the most important key of all? Years ago I made the statement, “Make your first level successful, and they will make you rich.” How many first levels does it take? Recession Proof Business Opportunity Mindset
My many years marketing online has taught me one very important lesson. The main reason the majority of people fail with their recession proof business opportunity, is that they don't think the same way as those who do have success, and fail to position themselves for success. They utilize the same cookie cutter marketing platform that thousands of other affiliates are also using. When you adjust your thinking, and position yourself correctly you'll see a huge improvement in your recession proof business income.
Your main goal on this journey is not allow yourself to be pulled down by the negative thinking of others you associate with. Understand this, the majority of the people on this planet have accepted a way of thinking this is mediocre, complacent, non-rewarding, low risk and safe, not a good formula for a successful recession proof business.
Now...these same people will experience even more conflict, in spite of the precautions that they take to side step it. Their turmoil comes from an existence of desire and scarcity. They live a lifestyle of living one paycheck to the next, barely making it. They do not get to experience life. All they are doing is exchanging one form of conflict for another, and they can't understand why their lives are so miserable. Their safe lifestyle, leads nowhere.
To truly experience all that life has to offer you need to be bold and courageous, master your life to experience all the beautiful things it has to offer.
You will be outnumbered when you challenge the mind set most people have, but don't be discouraged. People will follow leaders..... so be one. The 3% act and do things differently, they refuse to be cows in the pasture. But rather take life by the horns and charge through the jungle like a Rhino, creating their future and cementing their destiny.
Their are really only two types of people in the world. The type of person that gets things done, does not make excuses, or blame others for their failures, or the type of person that always complains, blames the system and other people for their failures and is unmotivated to change their lifestyle. I hope that's not you. Be strong, and come out from the negative mindset.
When you do this, you will be subjecting yourself to criticism, snide remarks and pettiness.... it goes with the territory.
Now here's where you can separate yourself from the masses and apply your courage. Over the course of time, this constant nit picking, snide remarks, goofiness, pettiness, and assorted other negativity, can have an effect on you. You need to stay the course, and when you do, your life will change and great things will come to you. But, If you're expecting it to just happen, overnight without any effort on your part, you'll be in for a rude awakening.

Word of Mouth Advertising Works!
What would you say is the best type of advertising?
banners, article marketing, PPC?
What would you say if I told you that word of mouth advertising is King?.
Let's take a closer look at this often overlooked form of advertising.
While I would agree with you that targeted email, banner ads, solo ads, and even radio ads all have their place, nothing compares to the power of word of mouth advertising.
Now....when one person communicates to another person about your product or service, just the fact that they are speaking about your product or service brands you as an expert in your field. Most people searching online today do not trust advertising, but they do trust people and their recommendations.
This is how it works, if a person feels strongly enough about what you do to tell another, the person receiving the information will take notice, even if it get's explained wrong. If that person tells say...15 or 20 more people, they will become a center of influence.
If you consider yourself a professional marketer you cannot afford to overlook social networking sites for long. These Social networking sites are now the perfect place to begin building relationships – the fact is, it’s all about relationships!. Paid advertising does not encourage any dialog. Social sites like Twitter, Facebook and more will encourage dialog,
In order to properly use these social networking sites and develop a word of mouth business, you need to be in regular contact with the type of people who can benefit from your product or service. You need to ask your self a very honest question; do you know what your ideal prospect looks like? Once you do you can develop and implement a plan
to get and stay in front of them.
Try some of these techniques:
* List the kind of clients that you would like to have more contact with. Understand your product or service and match to ideal client I.E. they need what you do, they would benefit from your product or service, etc.
* Find common ground. What does your ideal client do or enjoy?, what are their hobbies, what websites do they surf?. Learn as much as you can and be where they are.
* Get to know them on there playground. Before people will buy and recommend you, they need to get to know and trust you.
Learn to develop and build that trust relationship with people who are well positioned to help you. You have to earn their recommendation. When you do, your marketing will explode with what is the best form of advertising ….word of mouth.

Remove your Fear of Failure and experience great Success
To be successful in today's competitive Internet market, learning to overcome your fear of failure should be high on your training list. Seek and apply training courses to improve your personal skills, increase your personal confidence, and magnify your personal value to others. Absorb courses that teach basic human nature, and how the Law of Attraction works. I once had a sponsor ask me this: would you buy stock in your own company? Ask yourself this question, "Why would others want to do business with me"? People join you, not your product or opportunity. Some key points to touch on:

* Be aware of this on a daily basis.
Mention prospecting or calling a lead to most people and this usually happens, your palms start to sweat, your heart starts to beat faster, your blood pressure will rise. You’re fear of failure or even success holds you back from accomplishing your dreams and goals.
Prospecting requires you to learn new skills, but first you must understand the basic human psychology. Why do you think, act, and speak the way you do?
